By submitting your registration to us, you would also have agreed to our terms and conditions of registration including our cancellation policy as stated below.

Event Code

Please note the following terms and conditions:

Payment must be received in advance.
Cancellations notified by letter or fax before 07-May-08, will be levied an administrative fee of 5% for paid cancellations and 10% for unpaid cancellations.
Paid cancellations notified and acknowledge between 08-May-08 and 15-May-08, will be given 50% refund of the fees paid and one set of conference papers (after the event)
No refunds will be given for cancellations after 15-May-08 but delegates can be substituted, if the organisers received prior written notification.
For invoiced and unpaid registrations cancelled after 15-May-08, 50% of the full fee will be levied as a cancellation charge.

All payments must be in US Dollars by Inter-Bank transfers within fourteen days of receipt of invoice. (Bank details will be provided upon registration)

Please quote (event name and code invoice number) and delegate name for bank transfers.

Please instruct your bank to remit the full amount, nett of bank charges.
